BOOK REVIEW: Warbreaker by Brandon Sanderson
"Warbreaker is the story of two sisters who happen to be princesses, the God King one of them has to marry, the lesser god who doesn't like his job, and the immortal who's still trying to undo the mistakes he made hundreds of years ago." (from inside cover)
This tale is full of the unforeseen twists Sanderson is famous for. His understanding of politics, world building and people in general really shine through. It took me a few days and every moment I wasn't reading I was thinking about it. From the rich protagonists to the fun powers of Breath and BioChromatic auras to the colorful city of Hallandren, this is one rich and engaging tale. Rated PG-13 for blood and gore with 4.7 stars.
